Only a manager can override an individual being denied entry to the site due to possible covid-19 symptoms. The manager must be logged into the site. Go to scan temperature and scan the individual again. On the last page of the scan temperature, when using the same parameters as on the original scan temperature, the last page will again say denied entry.
Click the button on the bottom left of this screen and fill in the requested information.
The individual’s profile page will now show the status as “override”. The information as entered will be saved in the system for use as needed.
